Mexican tomato soup with vegetable mix, minced beef and potatoes

Pretty easy to make and very tasty. Just start off with boiling some potatoes. Then you add some water to the mexican tomato soup. While you wait for the soup to boil, you fry the minced beef and add some taco spice to it. When the soup starts to boil you add the vegetable mix and the minced taco beef. Let it boil for another 5-7 minutes and add a couple spoons of sour crème at the end. Serve it with garlic bread and some potatoes.
Voila! Delicious mexican soup for you!
